She’s running scared after being attacked yet again by Chad, her crazy now ex-husband. Beau, having a soft spot of Mackenzie, welcomes her with open arms, refusing to let her out of his sight. Eventually Mackenzie ends up in Beau’s home, and despite their best efforts, they just can’t seem to keep their hands off one another. But life is complicated, especially Mackenzie’s. Sometimes the past comes back to haunt you in ways you never expected it would.
My past is never going to leave me. Once again a Morre is set on destroying my life.
I can say without a doubt that Infatuation is by far my favorite of the Knights Rebels MC series. It’s raw and gritty. Both Beau and Mackenzie have suffered greatly. They’re looking for freedom from the chains that bind them, even if they don’t realize it. River Savage does an excellent job of telling Mackenzie’s story through glimpses into the past. They’re just long enough for us to truly get an idea of the horrors she’s lived through without losing sight of the story unfolding between our hero and heroine.
I’ve enjoyed every book in this series, but highly, highly recommend you read Beau and Mackenzie’s story. The story line is solid and the sexy is hot. Add to that the glimpse we get into book five, and you’ll be hooked right along with me. Make sure you add Infatuation to your TBR list, or better yet, pick it up today!
